Hey everyone. I’ve just started a levels in science hoping to get into Bristol uni doing immunology and virology. I was just wondering what extra curricular activities or experience outside of qualifications I could do to reinforce my chances of getting accepted. I’m unsure what I could do other than A levels which is directly related to my desired course in virology? Just hoping someone in this field( or any scientific field) could give me some advise on what they did outside of education which they put on their applications.

I applied for biochemistry (kinda similar??) and wrote about my attendance to public lectures (about medicine/science), online courses (on a website called future learn), a Headstart course, a book called the Chemistry of Human Nature, hope that helps

Thank you, what did you get/ predicted in terms of a levels? Do you know if these extra involvements improved your chance?
