I got a conditional offer for a course for the university of strathclyde to get a B in biology but on their website it says that popular courses may "fill by June of July each year." and once it's full they will have to withdraw your offer. This is the first time i've heard of this being able to happen so i was wondering if this will apply to every single university?

It's true- but this won't impact you. The only way they can offer most people places is after the results come out. What they're saying with the June and July thing is that they'll allocate places after the results come out.
Even if you don't get a B they may still consider your application. It all depends on the interview and other things such as UCAS points etc.
