    Hello,
I am applying to do an Occupational Therapy degree in Sept 18 however I have already had a loan previously with student finance for a BA Hons degree which I completed in 2000 and an Access Course in 2013. I have read that I may not be eligible for a further loan because of this but it also says it is a possibility if applying for a health related course. How do I find out for sure before I progress with the application process?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Cbrooksie,

What subject do you hold your degree with BA Hons in?. And what University are you wishing to study at for the Occupational Therapy degree?

    Thanks

    Hi C,

Allied Health Professional Courses and Occupational Therapy is one of these are exempt from previous study and equal level qualification (ELQ) rules. Therefore if you already hold a degree or have previous study you will still be eligible to access the full package of funding from Student Finance.

    Thanks
