[SPORT RELIEF GOLDEN THREAD] What are your top ways to get fit for free? watch


    parkrun! It’s a free, 5km, timed run that happens all across the country (and world!!) every Saturday morning at 9am. It’s very social and fun, with people running them in 15 minutes to people walking them! It’s so inclusive and I’ve now done 62!! You can also give back and volunteer when you don’t fancy running. Such a great community initiative and it’s so good for your mental and physical health.
    I’ve found because you’re timed you want to improve so it motivates me to get out in the week too!
