I almost want to find something wrong with this location as I don't understand why its one of the cheaper housing locations there, its currently the newest there, is ensuite, Looks good and has plenty of space as well as having 4-6 people per flat. The website says it costs £137 per week (which is on the cheaper end of the halls at Portsmouth (when looking at the newer buildings).

It's honestly not cheap. You must've not looked at the price of some of the other halls and when you look at houses in second year you realise how way overpriced all the halls are, even the cheap ones.

I understand that, but when you compare it to other universities it seems very cheap in comparison. I viewed Nottingham Trent city campus and it was far worse. Here's a link to those buildings just for comparison: https://www.ntu.ac.uk/university-lif...us=City+Campus. Plus Catherine house is a damn cool building! I'm glad I put Portsmouth as my firm.
