I have anxiety and my head shakes sometimes and I can’t keep it still. It also jerks or twitches sometimes and gives me a panic attack. I was wondering if anyone has this and how to stop it? (I’ve been to CAMHS but they mostly gave me worksheets to do at home and a haven’t really had proper 1 to 1 therapy)
- also is it because of anxiety, or is it some health problem??
