# trigonometric equations question watch

1. When in a trig question you are told the angle is 'acute' or 'obtuse', if it is accute does it literally mean the values you need to find are between 0 and 90, and if obtuse does it mean you need to find values between 90 and 180? thanks
2. Without seeing the question you're referring to..... Yes.

If x is acute then 0<x<90

If x is obtuse then 90<x<180

If x is reflex then 180<x<360
