I had key hole surgery on my knee on 11th December 2017, now being 20th Feb and my quadriceps are finally an equal size. But I still get pain in my knee!! This is worrying me!!
The doctors removed 15% of my cartilage - I don’t know if that is a lot or not

Is pain still normal at this time? Im a badminton player and have been off for so long it’s painful.
How shall I start building up exercise? I walk around/to school but still get pain

Honestly, I don't have a clue. All I can say is contact your doctor or specialist and ask them. I'm quite surprised they didn't give you any of this information because really, they should have
