For my presentation, I chose to do in the form of a 'viva' and on the AQA teacher sheet, it says that the supervisor attends as well as another person.

So only two people attend, but more intense questions are involved?

No reason for the intensity of questions to differ, They need anther for consistency of marking. If you know your stuff then nothing to worry about.

If you have two people attending your presentation, will this mean you will get less marks than someone with 5?

    Are you sure?
Is it not a aspect of the mark scheme of the presentation?

Ask your exam officer, but why should you get fewer marks on the basis they provide fewer people at the presentation? Never heard of anything so crazy or unfair.

Well, overall there could be like 6 people attending but I only want 2.

Why do you get to decide? Surely some have the power to mark and others do not? You still have the same number of marks available. It is just very strange you think it depends on how many people attend? Why not ask for a 100 or 500?

Well, doing it in a form of a viva, I would feel more confident and more at easy at answering questions.

If I'm not at a disadvantage then I'll choose two people.

Ask your supervisor or exam officer.
I'm not sure you should have any control over the number of people although if its specialist, then you may suggest an expert and they may agree to attend. It would be irrational to suggest your mark would vary based on the number of assessors.
