    Economics SL wasn't offered in my school so I don't know... Philosophy SL was tough from what I've heard from friends taking it and I wouldn't recommend unless you are truly interested in the subject. I wouldn't say universities favour IB... but universities do like IB as a curriculum base due to scope and rigour of the curriculum itself. Personally took HL English Lit A alongside double Chem/Bio and for me it detracted from my time of learning science as I am definitely a weaker humanities student... It really depends on the student though as many of my friends have done it successfully and got high scores in their IB finals.

    Business is the easiest.
    DON'T do philosophy, history or psychology - wonderful subjects but too much memorization. Economics is cool, so you could try that. Idk about geography tho, maybe you might wanna look into that too.

    Edit: technically, you should be allowed to take ESS as a group 3, even though most take it as G4 (not sure, might wanna check if you could take it as G3 with your coordinators), and it's probably a good idea to take it as a G3 if you can since it has the shortest syllabus ever...
