1. can someone please explain how to do this question?

The probability that Michael makes a mistake when typing a symbol is 0.005.
Find the probability that Michael makes no mistakes when typing 500 symbols.

2. Sounds like a Geometric question.

Probability that he will make a mistake is 0.005
What would the probability be that he won't make a mistake?

I believe you just raise the probability that he won't make a mistake to the number of words.

I may be wrong, I hated stats
