In July 2017 I graduated with a first in economics (not a Russell group uni). Since then I have had one job as a PPC executive (for 2 months) but ultimately deemed it was not suitable for me given the design elements.

For the past 4 months I have been unemployed and seeking jobs centered around data analysis i.e. insight analyst, research analyst. I have only managed to make it to interview stage on 2 occasions whereby I didn't 'convey enough passion for the job'.

I have tried to switch it up and apply for jobs that could possibly lead into supply chain e.g. supply chain assistant, junior buyer, stock control. I have had no responses.

I did not want to start a career in finance/accountancy as I do not wish to study for another 3/4 years while also working. Is this ultimately what I will have to do though, as I am not getting anywhere with anything else?

It might be also worth mentioning all local part-time jobs I have applied for have not got back to me either.

Any advice will be appreciated as I am at a complete loss.

Get a temp job to pay the bills.
Make a plan for your dream jobs, apply for whats out there and see where it goes.

You can also spend time not just on careers but improving apps and interview technique plus networking and adding to the CV.
