Getting angry/upset over small things watch

I've always been like this, but it's become so much worse recently.
Small things like the water not running hot, or not being able to find something will set me off.
This always passes as fast as it started (within 10 minutes). Getting so angry over such small things is obviously not normal, but I have no idea what is wrong with me.

It is normal to get frustrated at little things like that. How do you react when you say you get angry? Do you mean out of control screaming, punching walls, thowing plates, that kind of thing? Or do you mean just internally worked up?
