I was wondering if anyone could help me?
I am 6ft 2 and when I started losing weight 2 weeks ago, I weight 15.7 stone. Overweight.
Joined the gym and have been running on the treadmill. Started at 1km a day and got tired but now I am averaging 6-7 km per day. I have lost 7lb (now 15 stone). I am still looking fat and "flabby".
I have started to join some classes (starting next week). Body Combat, Bums and Bellies and Core Workout. Is this good for me? Any other advice? Should I do weights or do I have to lose weight first?
Any tips on diet for me at the moment?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
*Thought id add, I live in Thailand (expat). I can't workout outside or run outside as the temperatures are too hot.

Weights are probably the best best thing.
Cardio( running on treadmills) tends to give you a skinny and scrawny physique but are very good for your heart. For extreme examples look at cyclists and marathon runners. Weight lifting not only burns tonnes of calories but you’ll build muscle and get stronger. It also tightens up loose skin
