My girlfriend and I had protected sex 2-3 days after her period ended, and I was using a condom with spermicide. This time around, I didn't pull out when I finished, and I'm pretty sure there was no leakage, but I'm still really worried about impregnating her. We just started having sex, and are trying to figure out if we need it or not.

You know the best way to prevent pregnancy is not to have sex at all.

You're most likely to get pregnant if you have sex within a day or so of ovulation (releasing an egg from the ovary). This is usually about 14 days after the first day of your last period, if your cycle is around 28 days long.

But do I need it if I used a condom properly or am I just being paranoid?

You sound paranoid. The morning after pill only stops ovulation it won't kill a fertilised egg. If you used a condom correctly then you should be fine. Is your girlfriend able to go on the pill? Sometimes my boyfriend and I use both condoms and the pill just in case.

That is true. But humans have sex for pleasure as well and everyone should be able to have a healthy sex life without constantly worrying about pregnancy. Telling someone to stop having a pleasurable aspect of life is really not helpful.

I was suggesting sex to be used when you can handle the consequences if something goes wrong.

If you used a condom correctly you should be fine. She's very unlikely to have been in her fertile window, but just in case she was, a correctly used condom should be fine.
