    It could, especially if you want to work in a professional capacity.

    I'd take an evening or home learning course and get this GCSE out the way by getting a grade C.

    I got a B in maths, repeated it and got a B again, repeated it one final time and got a B again..

    With most part time jobs they don't really check your qualifications are true unless they use your school as a reference, then they may ask what grade you achieved at GCSE level. I'm not really sure what's the case with full-time jobs but I know my sister was required to bring her english and maths GCSE certificate to her latest interview
