Hi there,

I'm in year 2 of my RS A-Level course and I'm becoming increasingly worried with regard to the Christianity unit (which I despise). In our mocks I got A's in the Philosophy of Religion + Religion & Ethics units but a U in the Christianity unit. The school advertised the subject to me as "Philosophy and Ethics" when I began so little did I know what I'd got myself into other than receiving an apology from the school for mislabelling the subject. Anyway, as the exam is fast approaching in the coming months I realise I have almost zero revision notes for the Christianity unit because I find my teacher to be extraordinarily boring (even on the interesting bits of the course) and goes on un-concise rants for hours, albeit a nice guy. This is made worse by the fact the textbook for the new syllabus doesn't come out until the month after the exam! Finding meaningful external resources is proving extremely challenging for me as there is no exact material for the course and I don't have a clue what's going on because my Christianity knowledge is as useless as can be. There are only a few people in my class and the notes they have are pretty bad/unorganised..

Does anyone have any revision material for the Christianity unit? I'm willing to pay because at the moment I'm on track to do terribly...

Thanks

It's the new Edexcel specification.

It's Unit 4, we don't do New Testament studies.

Ok, it's gonna be hard to find stuff since most info is for the OCR exam board. Here is the stuff from OCR resources that's relevant to edexcel though.

I'm currently finishing a set of notes for edexcel though, message me in a week and I'll have them ready and can send them to you.
