    yeah I keep seeing all these new vids where people discuss it as if its a new phenomena thats just come out and I'm sitting there screaming 'its been around for years!'

    Watch something interesting or that has posative vibes - be it a film, series, documentary.
    Also going for a short walk to a hill nearby in the evening, take nice pictures of the dusk over the town.
    Even just sitting outside on a bench for some fresh air can help ease my mind
