Hey guys, just wanted some advice.
As in the title I’m constantly snapping at people over small-ish issues or whenever I get offended.
It’s always people I’m close to e.g. family/ good friends.
Sometimes I don’t even realise I’m doing it.
    How can I stop?

When you get annoyed try counting to 5 in your head before you say anything, or try looking down at the floor and then back up which can help break the mindset

in psychology we study into aggression and this psychologist said that when we get annoyed at our selves or a problem we take it out on other people. I'm the same. And if your a girl we all have hormones that makes us crazy 😂
