What non- hormonal contraceptives would you recommend? watch

    Hi guys,

I'm currently using Nexplanon as my main source of contraception and I've had it for nearly 2 years now and I really don't like it anymore. It was great at the start as I had few side effects however over the past year I seem to have developed more and more side effects that keep getting worse. It's great for protection and peace of mind however the side effects are getting ridiculous now.

I have used both the Depo injection and the pill in the past and had horrific side effects with both and ended up with a never ending painful period each time.

Can anyone recommend any non- hormonal contraceptives? Preferably ones with a really high success rate.

    Thanks guys! x

If the implant has problems for you, yes, every hormonal method is probably ruled out too.

So.. copper IUD is the most reliable alternative. You can also add a mix of fertility awareness, not having him come inside you and condoms.
