    So I signed up and got the app last night but have been under the weather and in bed all today. This is my blog to track my steps and motivate myself into walking more :dumbells:

    Any motivation/tips greatly appreciated :yep:

    You can do it!!! Don't worry about today concentrate on keeping yourself healthy and happy then you could start off small tomorrow and build your self up.

    I'm worried about the predicted chillyness and snow next week that will definately get me moving... from the duvet to the blanket to the kettle :P

    Woo thank you! Still feeling poorly but so much better than yesterday so going into work. I tend to hit about 6000 steps on a typical day

    ^,000 steps on a average work day is amazing I don't even normally reach half of that !

    Woo reached over 10,000 steps today without even realising took the stairs a bit more in the hospital (work) so took 5 and then 4 flights of stairs

    Thank You! I don't usually walk anywhere near as much on the weekend so it might be quite a bit lower until Monday

    You could always walk the stairs for fun Or go out with friends

    I live in a flat so no stairs atm. Yeah me and my partner are going for a walk and coffee later

    erm... there's always the emergency staircase, although I don't think that would be a good idea
    Walks are always good when someone's with you :yep: Just don't be tempted to look at your phone

    yay that's great to hear!!!

    I'm okay about sleepy today after work. Really want to get some steps in but my flat is a mess and it's chilly outside so might give it a big clean then go for a walk later this afternoon xxx

    Haha true I do live on the 2nd floor but I think doing the stairs up and down might be a bit odd in a semi public place

    If I ever saw someone just going up and down the stairs, I'd think they were super weird :laugh: Still, it's good that you hit over 5000 steps :woo:
