    I don't understand this

    Antibiotic with the largest clear zone is the most effective. Measure the diameters. Use πr^2 to work out the areas. One with the largest clear zone is the most effective as it inhibits bacterial growth the best.

    Analyse data: Measure the diameters. Work out areas as said above.

    Graph: Maybe a bar chart to compare areas. Y axis = Area in mm^2 or cm^2. X axis = labelled names of antibiotics.

    Reason: We aren't really looking at correlation but more of a comparison.
