Sleeping from 6pm to 2am to study? watch

    • Thread Starter

I was planning on trying this new sleep routine since every day after school I'm too tired to do any work anyway. I might as well just fall asleep when I get home.
I would still be getting around 8 hours of sleep.

Currently, I've been sleeping 9 pm to 5 am and this has worked out fine. Any thoughts on how this would affect brain function?
