    Hello,
If you’ve seen my other threads you know what I’m going through right now.

So will things begin to get better for me? I dropped out of uni and the plan is to go back in September and do marketing + management to hopefully get a career I would enjoy.

With this girl I liked I did look at her profile and masturbate as I did really fancy her. She’s 15 I’m 18, could that bring legal trouble? I’m so flustered about this one I’ve asked this question to other people and they say no but I don’t know, I’ve pulled myself away from her now.

Also my family are having problems and my dad could have cancer so that it worrying me a lot too. I’ve been to the GP of course but things aren’t really improving too much right now, I just need some advice that things will get better.

    Thank you

You've posted several times recently with essentially the same worries. It sounds as if you are in an anxiety state; simply going over and over this in multiple posts here is very unlikely to help.

I would suggest that the most helpful thing is likely to be to take action in the real world. You might like to reread some of the advice that has been given to you here, but - above all - go out and talk to someone in real life who has some expertise in anxiety management.

If a direct, face to face approach is too scary, try ringing a helpline such as the Campaign Against Living Miserably (helpline 0800 585858, open 5pm - midnight every day) or using an online counselling service like kooth.com

Then, things will get better! Good luck!

Can't speak much of specific situations, but I went through a really hard time mentally a while back. Eventually I got help and things improved. Since then I have faced some tough moments, but I've not gone back to that dark place even then. Things got better for me and I'm stronger than ever. It is possible.

Did your GP help you get in touch with any support like counseling or therapy? That can be a huge help.
