    I'm doing an a course called business law online I would have clearly asked fellow students on my course if I were actually attending university. and says with the authority (Gibson V Manchester City council (1978) 1 WLR 520,(CA), and (1979) 1 WLR 294: Carlill V Carbolic Smoke Ball Co. (1893) 1QB Distinguish an invitation to treat from a valid offer

    Any guidance or assistance would be much appreciated.
