Hi, I'm taking a gap year and redoing my a-levels. I'm on track for my 2 A-Levels as I've hired top teachers. However, English literature hasn't been going well. My aim is to get 3 A*s. My parents are spending ridiculous amounts of money on private tuition. With English, I'm currently at a C grade in terms of essays from last year, I've got a rid of a tutor who was a waste of time and I learnt a valuable lesson of not having tutors who are not teachers in a school. I've managed to track down a top English tutor, but I'm stressed/scared that I won't achieve an A* in English Literature, due to 4 months left. Do you think it's still possible that I can achieve an A* in English as I'm demotivated and affecting my will to carry on revising. Baring in mind, I'm doing the AQA B syllabus.
