Honestly I don't think anyone has the right to say it. I'm mixed race. Part white Portuguese and part black African. I consider myself more black but I still refuse to say the 'n' word. I'm always offended if someone says the 'n' word, black or not. The word is associated with a bad past so it's best to keep in the past and move on.
