    Hi,

I am currently in year 12 with a passion for economcis. However the 3 subjects i have taken are law economics and history. My target grades are 3 As. I would say that my maths ability is strong however i beleive i made mistakes ehen choosing my subjects at the beginning of the year. Will i be at a disadvanatge without a level maths? Any advice would be much appreciated. I have also no interest in taking economics with soemthing else such as history as im very foucsed on a career in finance and economics,

    Thanks.

Depends on what university you are willing to go to. Top unis such as UCL or Bristol for example want you to have economics. More competitive unis demand it and in some extreme cases such as LSE they even want further maths. You will be at a great disadvantage without maths, but don't lose hope and do your research. Surely the majority of unis want maths but there are always exceptions. Good lick whatever you do
