If I did the further maths spec will the following combination be alright :
AS
C12 M2
C34 F1
M1

A2
F2 S1
F3 S2
M3
????

To what end...? While the format for UK Maths qualifications has changed now, under the old scheme (which was similar to the above) universities tended not have any specific requirements for module choices - a handful of courses preferred mechanics options (generally physics/engineering degrees, and Cambridge Maths which has a lot of applied maths content, viewed these modules as helpful) however as you're taking M1-3 you've satisfied this potential criterion already.

So yes, it's fine, unless you have something else in mind that you plan to do with these qualifications

That set of EDEXCEL IAL units would be fine for awarding A levels in maths and further maths. If your exam entries are done correctly EDEXCEL will decide which units are used in which qualification to optimise your grades.
