Where's the context? On the face of it, I'd have thought that this shouldn't be in the "English study help" forum. Do you have to write to persuade or something? In which case, are we just doing your homework and you were too lazy to even tell us what you wanted help with?

The current law allows abortion up to 24 weeks. Babies have been born at 22 weeks and survived with medical support that is reasonably widely available. So there is definitely a case for reducing the time limit.

Poverty
Women should have a choice
Pregnancy may be a result of rape
Regulate population growth

Against:
Life begins at conception
Only god and take life (sanctity of life)
Rights of child
If abortion for a disabled foetus then treatment for disability may be found in the future
