    1. which enzyme substrate model provides a more valid picture of the ESC formed?
    2. Which model for enzyme substrate interactions is more accepted?
    3. Example of an anabolic enzyme catalyzed reaction? or catabolic reaction.

There are two models: the lock and key and the induced fit. The induced is more valid and more accepted. An example of a catabolic reaction would be the degradation of hydrogen peroxide catalysed by catalase. An example of an anabolic reaction would be the formation of phosphodiester bonds in dna replication which is catalysed by DNA polymerase.
