So I'm hopefully going to mmu this September and was wondering if anyone knew which halls I should go for. I've seen them both on the website and I think it was Cambridge I saw when I went to the open day.Other than the new renovations to cavendish I was wondering if they are much different and whether it's worth paying the extra. If anyone has stayed in either halls and has any info that would help me choose that would be massively helpful. Pretty sure I won't be able to afford any of the more expensive halls but any info on the others would be helpful too! Thanks

The reason why Cavendish is slightly more expensive than Cambridge is because it has been recently refurbed, so it is more updated and modern inside.

Apart from that, there isn't too much difference between the two. They are both sociable and lively, with large flats and shared bathrooms and both within walking distance to our All Saints and Birley Campus.

Are you planning on visiting us at an Applicant Visit Day? If so, you will be able to have a tour of Cavendish, and you could also see Cambridge again to compare the two.

    I hope this helps
