Hi I have severe emetophobia, I spent the day with my 1 year old nephew Wednesday. Yesterday he started with the sickness bug, how likely is it that I will start with the bug after not being in contact with him now for 48 hours?

depends those bugs can have an incubation period of 24 hrs or like a week. I feel for you though I have health anxiety which includes what you have too and once you know you have come into contact with something - always on edge looking for any little change suggesting illness. Doesn’t mean we don’t get ill though...

Just look after yourself try to do more relaxed/chilled things but get out for a little walk or something, bit of exercise.
