Leeds Student Village - Studio available for 2018/19

Hello guys,

An en-suite studio is available for the next academic year. Looking for a student or a couple to take over my contract.

The room in on the top floor so it's quiet, however there's a lot of action going on downstairs and around the area, so you won't be missing out on anything.

It's £151 pw (44-week contract) for 08.09.2018 - 14/07/2019. £250 deposit. I am willing to lower the price to £131 pw for anyone who takes over the contract of me ASAP.
