I don't find comedians who swear a lot to be funny at all.

When it comes to laughing for the sake of laughing or not to be rude.

Never understood rape jokes. I seen a video on fb LadBible about this German girl who had been raped for 15 years and there was this comment like "but can she do it on a wet rainy night on Stoke?" or something like that. I simply can't; maybe i'm too soft but I feel in this situation that's a good thing.
I may have a soft heart, but at least i'm no sociopath or whatever like kids in my year are, constantly throwing jokes like these around and laughing at other peoples miserableness (like bullying children who suffer from depression; not really giving a **** if they kill themselves and making fun out of it) rather then misfortunes such as tripping over a stair laughing it off.

It really depends, joking about a matter that is particular sensitive immediately after it's happened is probably crossing the line in my opinion.

I think everyone has the right to joke about any topic and, indeed, that a joke about any topic can be funny.

But I think it's too far when it's personal or just rude. Also, dark humour towards someone who's had a bad experience, I think, is unacceptable.
