Hello, i was wondering if anyone knows any good websites that do competitions based around medicine/ sciences or anything thats open to year 11's.

From my experience no, thr majority of universities target year 12s only, in addition to being science related, it's very rare that there are medical competitions.

I think you might have to wait until year 12 tbh!
Cambridge do some essay writing competitions for year 12 students so you could look into this next year: https://www.pet.cam.ac.uk/essay-prizes
