Im now on my second year of my foundation degree. Im asingleparent to a three year old. After providing all evidence in year one my council decided 54 pound a week was all that they was paying. I claim cb ctax sf and dla.

This year i claim the exact same as ladt year. Nothing different however they now pay 85 pw.

The only thing different is my childcare grant from sf and i did not think they was allowed to take that into consideration.

Someone please help? Im in arrears because of it last year. However someone is obviously wrong. Do the council owe my landlord?

Probably only if they have made a mistake and underpaid you. An actual appointment and check of your documents will probably be needed.

    Contact either CAB or Shelter.
