    Hi,

Just looking for some positive vibes here... I’m new to applying through Ucas and didn’t know about deadlines. So when I decided I wanted to apply this February I was devistated to see that I had missed the deadline.
Despite this I took a shot in the dark and I applied anyway... just incase I got lucky!
Has anyone ever submitted a late application to Ucas and received an offer or is this literally unheard of?

Thanks for your time and any information shared.

Many people every year so this. The deadline is only for equal consideration, it's not an absolute cut-off.

    Hey thanks
Are you aware of anyone who’s done this and been given an offer with late submission?
My anxiety is through the roof 😅.

Not personally but the number of people who submit late and get offers is probably in the hundreds every year.

One thing you should have done was check with each course whether they are still accepting applications. Some will be, some won't.

    Thanks for your advice
I think I will call round the uni’s on Monday and see if I’m likely to have my application considered.
Maybe it will calm my nerves!
