    So far I have:
    160g ON Serious mass - 599cal
    500ml Whole milk - 325cal
    2tbsp Olive oil 239cal
    30g Flaxseed mix - 162cal
    30g Peanut butter - 182cal
    Total - 1507 calories

I know this is already a lot of calories, i'm asking for replacements for what I already have to make it less thick but still around the same calories.

The serving size for the 1250 calories is 320g which is just impossible.

Hiya. I'm going to move this over to fitness cos the people over there will know this sort of stuff better and hopefully you'll get some better responses.

    No it's not, it even says per 50g or 2 scoops (2x25g = 50g)

But I do have a question, why does it say to have low fat milk with the shakes? Why can you not take normal milk?

I'd split that over at least 2 meals.

To make it less thick, add water, take out PB and/or oil
