I'm on a four year integrated masters course, which is the only available way of studying my subject at this university for undergraduate. I will graduate in July with an MBiochem degree (but will not have had a separate Bachelors Degree). Do you know if this disqualifies me from applying for the postgraduate student loan offered by Student Finance England? I wasn't sure because I will technically have a masters degree equivalent but it isn't postgraduate.

    Hi Victoria Cox,

To help you better can I ask which university are you currently studying and what is the course that you wish to undertake?

    Thanks Rona

    Hi Victoria,

Students who already hold a qualification which is equivalent to or higher in level than a Masters, this includes an integrated Masters (ELQ), will not be eligible for a PGL.

    Thanks

Do you have the option of graduating after Year 3 with a BA instead of continuing into Year 4?

edit: ah just re-read your OP. Too late..., even if it was an option.
