!For any Liverpool students looking to find a room to rent next year in the Mount Pleasant area!

I am looking for someone to take over my space in a five bedroom apartment, and possibly for another person to take over the space of the spare room, which is available to rent as a typical student room.

A retainer deposit has been paid by a fellow flatmate and a deposit of £200 is due to be paid very soon by the other four tenants, so it is a matter of letting me and the other tenants know as soon as possible.

Even though the apartment is advertised as a five tenant apartment, the spare room is available for as long as possible, and if rented out will decrease the weekly charge of £115 to £100. So if you and a friend need a room then this is a perfect opportunity for you! All tenants are very welcoming and respectable. The property has been listed through a student housing company and is 100% reliable.
