    No, it hasn't. I judge this because it would be significant news and googling 'Sweden stops breast cancer screening doesn't bring up relevant hits.

    Its becoming increasingly clear that the impact of the breast cancer screening program was greatly exaggerated, and that there may be no benefit at all. Part of that was from some studies in Sweden. However, the issue is highly politicised and as such rather separated from actual science. Mammography screening programs continue worldwide, including in Sweden.
