Apparently if you tie you hair up if it it long enough helps it grow faster but I dont know if it is true or not.

Clean your hair properly. Make sure to have the perfect shampoo and conditioner combination for yourself. Investing in a good conditioner would be helpful as it gives you the right Minerals for your hair to grow. Also get a head band.

I'm a girl with short hair (bob length) and my advice is just wash your hair regularly, you don't necessarily have to use conditioner unless your hair has absolutely no shine to it. And also comb it before washing your wash your hair, cuz it will be cleaner if you comb and wash it. Also, you don't quite have to blow dry it, unless you have a LOT of hair. Make sure you comb it everyday. Chances are even if you try so hard to make it grow fast, they're won't be much difference, so it's best to not torture your hair and just don't stress about it. Eating more protein might help slightly, but it's debatable. It might get itchy on your neck once it grows out enough, but just bear with it for a few days and it will be fine. Or, if you look good with all your hair combed backwards, tie it up. Thin black head bands with tied up hair looks nice too.

    Wrong!

You should get a short trip every 2-3 months to get rid of dead hairs and split ends.

I don't think there's much need of a conditioner until your hair is like 4 inches. Mine is about 3 inches so I'm just using argon oil.

Washing/shampooing/adding product to your hair would decrease growth speed.
