SFE issues

So I've reapplied for year 3 out 4.
My parents/household financial situation has gotten worse, not better.
I got 7K in 1st and 2nd year.
Only getting 4k for 3rd year.
Is there anything I can do? I'm absolutely screwed otherwise and will end up homeless 200 miles away. I'm at breaking point.

You can ask for a current year assessment. But 4k does sound like you haven't been income assessed yet.

Is the PR1 form?
It definitely sounds that way, but the email and letter I got from them says I will not receive any extra funding based on my household income

Hi Edward,

If the household income has reduced more than 15%, then your parents can complete a Current Year Income form, when the form has been processed we can re-assess your application.
