    Hey guys,
Just need some advice as I’m so irrationally scared of balloons and just the thought of them makes me sick to the stomach, does any one else have any weird fears. I had the phobia really really severely when I was younger though it subsided when I was around 10 and around 3 weeks ago my younger sister had a balloon, although I don’t cry very often, ya boy shed a few tears and I was shaking like mad - and now seeing them around makes me heart rate jump and idk does anyone else share any similar experiences?
It is not common, but is known of.

Called Globophobia- fear of the balloon bursting at any moment. You can see your GP and ask to be referred to a therapist if its bad.
