Has any one got ant ideas of what jobs i can do to earn a some money? Im willing to do pretty much anything as long as it is relatively local. Will i have to open a bank account before hand?

You're best off just waiting until you're older to get a job. There are so so many restrictions and rules for minors that nobody's going to take you on.
If you want some money until then try offering odd jobs like mowing the lawn or babysitting to neighbors.

All of the above are available for under 16's.
Your other option is a paper round (dont knock it until you have tried it).
Thats about all your options until you are 16 and finishing school.
