I am hyped af to be done with gcses. Will probs go to reading even though the line up sucks. I've always wanted to go paintballing.
I'll probably spend most of the the time at home, watching films and Netflix hahaha as I barely have time for that anymore but I am going to two concerts and on holiday somewhere (haven't exactly booked it yet) and just spend time with friends probably.

I'm headed to Florida for a few after my exams. Gonna have to do it before results day though, things aren't looking to good there

Don't do any A-level revision. I am in year 12 and that summer was the most freedom I'd ever had, don't waste it on doing more work especially after you've just done your GCSEs. Use the time to get some type of work experience / paid work and try and fill your time best you can (e.g. do activities or travel)

If you do more work in the Summer, it's less stress later on.
You'll be ahead of most and that'll motivate you to do better. The jump from GCSE to A-levels won't be as scary if you've gone over some stuff in the holidays.
I'd rather do work whilst enjoying Summer to get less stress when college comes around, than do nothing in such a long holiday.
    Just saying.
Yeah, that's what I'm going to do too. But I'm only going to do physics over the summer and get my brother (he self-taught himself A-level physics and only started 6 months before the exams, he got a B) to go through the revision guide/teach me the full course before I start so it will be like doing 2 A-levels (maths and further maths) and every physics lesson will be like revision.

Currently in sixthform, my advice is, just enjoy this summer break; it is possibly the best break you'll ever experience, up to year 12. During my summer break, I participated in the NCS programme, completed work experience at a pharmacy, boarded at Harrow School and went abroad.

I'm thinking about doing A-level physics without maths but doing core maths along side it - do you reckon thats unachievable - I just really don't want to do maths as I know I won't enjoy it as much as other subjects

Plan to go to the LSE Summer School for a week; then relax - probably binge watch a few series - and then go abroad for 4 weeks.

I'm going to do NCS, take a week or two to just relax and spend time doing absolutely nothing, maybe take a day to lay in bed all day. I'm going on a family trip on top so I should have a pretty chill holiday. Have fun doing exams haha
