Doing maths, further maths, chemistry, biology and physics

I orignally wanted to do chemistry, biology, maths and RS or Further maths.

But due to the nature of my school, I was forced to do 5.

This time into the year my personal attaintment is at ABBC and predicted AABB for 4 of the subjects, and further maths yet to come.

I want to get AAAAA this year or atleast close to it.

However at this time I feel like I'm not doing enough revision at all, even though my friends say my grades so far is ok.

Is it ok? I Don't feel like it's enough, and it's lead me down a depressing path of just playing games over the weekend instead of revising.

    Please help me.

I did 4 last year, began revision at this time and got AAAA after getting ABBC in my mocks.

You're doing 5 of the hardest subjects. I'd seriously consider dropping one if its not too late but even then, it's going to be tough. What you should do right now is create a plan of how you're going to tackle all the knowledge, content and exam practise.

well i've kept up with my class so far.

But the problem is the exam papers. I'm doing the 5 new AS exams (with science being the 2nd year) and there is barely any practice papers, especially for the maths.

I got the same as u in my mocks aswell. I'm thinking of just going through my earlier topics and doing past paper questions for them.

I'm no expert with the Maths new spec, but I do do physics and geography new spec and old spec maths.

With Physics, the specification isn't all that different to the old one, but the format is hugely different. We tend do use the old spec papers for practise, and then do the newer specimen papers closer to the exam so we are familiar with the new format.

I'd guess that this will also work for maths, but do check with your teachers and get them to highlight the differences to you.
