I'm in year 8 and everyone in my year has started submitting their forms for what GCSEs they want to do.I don't know what to choose for my GCSE options, I want a future in architecture but I heard that you have to do design technology or an art and design based subject. I really don't want to do technology but I'm keen on doing art for GCSE and A-level. Is it ok if I don't do technology but art instead? Do I need Design Tech to be able to get into uni? btw I'll be doing maths and all sciences

Just do what you enjoy at GCSE, Universities look at your A Level subjects

if you like art choose art. I believe that art with maths and physics is the most preferred options for an architecture degree?
