    Well how to start tbh... It is about the stoop effect. My lecturer didn't give that much detail so it is a bit harder but I find some journals about it so maybe those might help.

    Approach a lab report like an hour glass. From general (introduction) to specific (hypothesis, methods and results) to back to general for discussion.

    For the introduction, use literature relevant to the reason behind your experiment. Set out some clear hypothesis and for results, use a mix of statistics, graphs and wording out results without using statistics.

    For discussion, say what was found and how your experiment fits in place with other research. Put in a couple of problems associated with your experiment and suggest some amendments or further research that could be done.
